We are a bulk water delivery service supplying water to residential and commercial properties on Waiheke Island. Customer service and safety are our highest priority and we will go the extra mile for customers with difficult access. We are committed to providing safe, high quality drinking water that complies with Taumata Arowai (New Zealand Drinking Water Standards). We strive to exceed these standards

Aqua staff will notify if they discover any issues relating to the condition of the destination tank and or plumbing, but we are not responsible for any existing issues.


1. Price and Payment
Load sizes and prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars on our website and include GST
2000L            $175.00
4500L            $250.00
9000L            $375.00
10500L          $400.00

Run out surcharge        $50.00
Applied when staff are required to work overtime to deliver water
Difficult access               $50.00
Applied if additional hoses or staffing is required to deliver water
Call out fee                       $100.00
Applied for failure to provide 48 hrs notice of cancellation.

Bottom end surcharge level 1: 25%
Bottom end surcharge level 2: 50%
Bottom end surcharge level 3: 100%

Significant public holidays:
Christmas Day    200%

Waiheke Aqua reserves the right to adjust prices and surcharges at its discretion. Payment is required 48hrs prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.


2. Payments and currency
All pricing and final billing is processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Our website uses SSL, does not store credit card details and all payments are handled by DPS Payment Express. A secure, PCI compliant, third party service.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery

Customers are sent a reminder via email 96 hours before delivery to remind them to check their tank and make payment. This reminder is only sent once. If there is a change to the scheduled booking they will not receive a second reminder.

4. Refunds

Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery will be refunded in full by request, or a credit will be applied to the customer’s accoun.

To cancel an order the customer can do this:

  • Via the online booking webpage by following the link emailed to them at time of booking, when the delivery is confirmed and again when the reminder is sent.
  • By sending an email to us at info@waihekeaqua.co.nz
  • By phone (09) 372 3080

5. Access

Aqua goes the extra mile to deliver to properties with difficult access. This may incur a surcharge, and require site maintenance. It may involve pruning of trees, driveway upgrades or extra-long hoses at the owners expense. Customers may be asked to complete these upgrades. If there are safety issues with access Aqua reserve the right to refuse deliver.

If the customer has dogs on the property, please ensure they are secured prior to delivery.

Aqua will not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer’s property (including, without limitation, damage to driveways, concreted, paved, grassed areas, bridges or septic systems) unless the damage was due to negligence from staff at Aqua.


6. Privacy
Be Mindful Ltd trading as Aqua holds information about its customers and as such the privacy and confidentiality of their information of the upmost importance.

We collect information in order to complete bulk water deliveries and associated services. This information is only used for the purpose for which it is collected.

Customers may edit any information we have collected about them by logging into their account or contacting us by email or phone.

We use cookies on our website.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed by our servers.

Your information is protected in accordance with the obligations set out in the Privacy Act 2020. Communications over the internet are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Be Mindful Ltd trading as Aqua cannot guarantee the security of any transmission to us via email.

Our staff are required to sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencing employment or contracted work with Be Mindful Ltd trading as Aqua.


7. Disclaimer and Limitations
While we have made every effort to provide accurate information to this site and our customers. There may be some minor errors in this information. We also reserve the right to adjust or improve these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be applied at the time and date of the change.
